Our Core Offerings

All services are trauma-informed and mental health-informed, with a focus on trauma-responsive application at the individual, team, and systems level. Services are tailored to organization needs. Pricing varies by scope and format.

Option 1:

Foundations of Trauma-Responsive Practice

This introductory training builds shared language and understanding around trauma-responsive, trauma-informed, and mental health-informed practice.

This training is ideal for:

  • educators and school staff

  • nonprofit teams

  • workplace leaders

  • helping professionals

Topics may include:

  • how trauma and chronic stress impact behavior and learning

  • understanding the nervous system under stress

  • shifting from reactive to responsive approaches

  • practical strategies that support regulation and engagement

Format:
60–90 minute session, offered virtually or in person.

This training is often used as a starting point for organizations exploring trauma-responsive work.

 

Option 2:

Trauma-Responsive Systems & Environments Workshop

This applied workshop supports organizations in examining how policies, environments, and daily practices respond to stress, behavior, and conflict.

Rather than focusing only on individual behavior, this session centers on systems and leadership responses.

This workshop is ideal for:

  • leadership teams

  • administrators

  • program directors

  • school and nonprofit leadership

Topics may include:

  • identifying system-level stress points

  • aligning policies with trauma-responsive values

  • reducing burnout and inconsistency

  • strengthening communication and accountability

  • creating environments that support regulation and safety

Format:
Half-day or full-day workshop, offered virtually or in person.

 

Option 3:

Consulting & Implementation Support

For organizations seeking ongoing support beyond a one-time training, TRLC offers consulting and implementation guidance.

Consulting focuses on helping organizations translate training into practice and embed trauma-responsive approaches into daily operations.

Consulting may include:

  • leadership consultation

  • systems assessment and feedback

  • implementation planning

  • staff support and reflection

  • follow-up sessions after trainings

Format:
Project-based or monthly consulting, tailored to organizational needs.
