All sessions are held virtually or via phone (there is no price difference)

All rates are based on 50-minute sessions

Individual Sessions (1-2 People) or Group Sessions (3-8 People)

Groups can consist of 3 to 8 people in total. The rate does not change regardless of the number of people.

"One-Time" Sessions or Monthly Rates

Multi-session purchases have reduced rates.
